Cancellation Policy
-Color Appointment Cancellation Policy-
Color appointments require a significant amount of time to reserve and are often difficult to refill on short notice.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours before the appointment: No charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules made 24–48 hours before the appointment: 25% of the scheduled service total.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows: 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to leave a non-refundable deposit or prepay future appointments.

-Color Adjustment Policy-
Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I want you to love your hair!
If you are unhappy with your color for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and schedule a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
Please note:
• Complimentary adjustments are intended to correct the original service and must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.
• Adjustments do not include changing your mind about the agreed-upon color, wanting to go significantly lighter or darker, or requesting a completely different look after the service has been completed.
• I cannot guarantee results if you use box color, have another stylist alter your hair, or fail to follow recommended aftercare instructions after your appointment.
• Refunds are not offered on services that have been completed.
I stand behind my work and will always do my best to make reasonable adjustments when needed.
-Late Arrival Policy-
Please arrive on time for your appointment so I can stay on schedule for all clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
-Clothing & Personal Belongings-
While every effort is made to protect clothing and personal belongings during your appointment, hair color, bleach, toner, and other chemical products may occasionally stain fabrics or damage delicate materials.
Please wear clothing you are comfortable wearing during salon services and avoid expensive, delicate, or sentimental items. Havana Hair Studio is not responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal belongings resulting from chemical services.
